Order Your Kit

Choose the service tier that matches your operation. We process orders through secure online checkout and ship within one business day, anywhere in the southeast United States. Tracking information is delivered automatically via email.

Your kit includes sample bags, a sample collection sheet, an illustrated instruction card, and a prepaid return mailer addressed to our partner laboratory. Nothing to assemble or troubleshoot.

2
Collect Your Samples

Follow the simple instructions included in your kit. For most fields, collection takes fifteen to thirty minutes. You will pull samples from eight to fifteen locations across each field at six to eight inches deep, mix them in a clean bucket, and place a representative cup of mixed soil into each labeled sample bag.

Instructions include diagrams and a video link. For specialty crops and turf, our card explains depth, location, and sample-frequency recommendations specific to your crop type.

3
Mail It Back

Place sealed sample bags and the completed collection sheet into the prepaid return mailer. Drop it in any USPS box or hand it to your carrier. Postage and return shipping are included in the kit price.

The package travels directly to Waters Agricultural Laboratories in Camilla, Georgia for analysis. You receive automated email confirmation when the samples arrive.

4
Receive Your Custom Plan

Within fourteen days of mailing, you receive a detailed Radix Ag report by email. Reports include plain-language interpretation of your lab results, specific product recommendations with rates and application timing, a seasonal calendar, cost summary, ROI projection, and a follow-up plan for tissue testing and annual retesting.

Order recommended products directly through Radix Ag for drop-ship delivery, or take the report to your preferred retailer. The recommendation is yours to use however you choose.

Process FAQ

How accurate is mail-in soil testing?

Laboratory accuracy is identical to in-person sampling when collection protocols are followed. Our instructions walk you through proper sample collection step-by-step. Our lab partners use the same methods used by university extension services.

What if I do not understand the report?

Every report includes plain-language explanations of every number and what to do about it. If questions remain, your service tier includes email support. We are not in the business of overwhelming you with jargon.

Do I have to buy products through Radix Ag?

No. The Radix Ag report is yours. You may take our recommendations to any retailer. We offer the recommended products through our supplier network, often at competitive pricing, but it is never required.

What if my report says I do not need to buy anything?

It happens — and it is good news. If your soil shows current fertility is adequate, we tell you so and recommend retesting in twelve to twenty-four months rather than applying unnecessary inputs. You still receive your full recommendation report.
